The Kinsale Ireland Coasteering experience is definitely for thrill-seekers and those who thrive on exploration. You are also offered a shuttle service for groups returning from Kinsale or Cork subject to availability.

Coasteering is a mixture of adventure swimming, bouldering, belly flopping, climbing, scrambling, cliff jumping, exploring blow holes and traversing the coastline. You will be jumping from a height suitable to you and swimming through sea caves. You will get up close and personal to marine life while seeing part of the coastline you would normally never see.

During this unique experience you will be shown beautiful shallow coastal caves, hidden coves and little islands around the breathtakingly, rugged coastline. Naturally, your qualified coasteering instructors are first aid/CPR trained beach lifeguards & will ensure you get the very most out of your time, safely. They will take you on a journey that you will never forget on one of the best coasteering routes in the country.

All participants are provided with a personal flotation device, warm winter Quiksilver wetsuit and helmet. You will need to bring with you shorts to put over your wetsuit and some old tennis shoes or water shoes for negotiating the rocks. There are routes designed for different age groups and something to suit everyone from children to adults.

Everyone can enjoy a day out coasteering, it is a great family day out or a challenge for groups of friends & couples to master! You need to be a confident swimmer and be reasonably fit. Of course you also need to be up for a challenge and ready to have fun!
