Enjoy 'NIGHT FIRE' the dinner and show experience at Tjapukai Aborignal Cultural Park. Journey into the dreamtime for an unforgettable evening of delicious food and world-class entertainment. Take part in a welcome ceremony with drinks and canapes’ and share in the celebration of authentic music, chanting and dance, as the world famous Tjapukai performers take to the rainforest stage, followed by a spectacular fire making corroboree. Enjoy a delicious hot and cold buffet including seafood. The night culminates with an intimate chat with the performers by the fire and the chance to take photos

Choose between pickup at approx 6:15pm with a relaxing trip of only 45 minutes to the Tjapukai night fire show, or the Skyrail and Kuranda village upgrade with 11am pickup and a visit to Kurda village.

DDGERIDOO JOURNEY: Have your face painted by the Bama Indigenous rainforest people to link you to their traditional land, then take you on a mesmerizing journey with the haunting sounds of the didgeridoo.
SACRED CORROBOREE: Follow the Tjapukai warriors along a fire-lit path to a rain forest dance theater where a sacred corroboree celebrating Aboriginal Dreamtime stories will inspire you to join in.
LAKSIDE FIRE CEREMONY: Become part of the Rainbow Serpent circle to learn traditional language songs and make music with aboriginal sticks before the ceremonial fire is lit with a spectacular fire ball shooting towards the stars.
TROPICAL DINING: Enjoy Australian meats including Kangaroo and crocodile. Local seafood and an array of salads and desserts featuring tantalizing Indigenous flavors at the Flame Tree Bar and Grill buffet where chef whips up fresh dishes from an open flame grill.
FIRESIDE FAREWELL: End an evening of cultural celebrations with the Tjapukai warriors beside the campfire where there is time for an intimate chat and photo opportunities.
Alternatively, upgrade to the Skyrail and Kuranda option and enjoy departure from Port Douglas mid-morning. Your first stop is Kuranda to travel over some of the oldest rainforests on earth. Travel by bus, scenic train, or on the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. On arrival in Kuranda, your local tour guide will show you around the 'Village in the rainforest' famous for its colorful arts and crafts markets.
After approx 2 hours in Kuranda, travel on one of the most spectacular rail journeys in Australia, the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, or the scenic train.
Next, head up the coast to stunning Palm Cove where you will be introduced to the palm fringed esplanade before you are left to enjoy a cocktails while overlooking the beautiful beach. Take a stroll among the shops and galleries or wander along the jetty. Relax in Palm Cove until your Tjapukai Night Fire guide picks you up at 6:50pm ready for the Tjapukai night fire show.
