Breakfast with the Koalas at Hartley's Crocodile Adventures from Cairns or Palm Cove

Start the day with a hot Aussie breakfast in the company of a cute koala and its keeper departing from Cairns or Palm Cove. See crocodiles up close and take a boat cruise on Hartley’s Lagoon where you can witness crocodiles feeding. Get up close to kangaroos, wallabies, snakes, cassowaries, quolls and other iconic Australian wildlife. Enjoy entertaining and educational wildlife presentations throughout the day. Optional professional koala holding photos are also available (extra cost applies).

Travel north from Cairns along sugar farmlands and a scenic coastal road, the trip to Hartley's Crocodile Adventures will take approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrival you will be welcomed at the Lilies Restaurant where you can enjoy a hot Aussie breakfast and personally meet a Koala and its keeper. 

After a a leisurely breakfast overlooking the Lagoon, there is heaps more to see and do at Hartley's - not only can you get up close to Australian crocodiles, you can also hand feed kangaroos, wallabies, and cassowaries. See a wide variety of Australian wildlife in a beautiful and relaxed bushland setting. You will also witness live crocodile feeding during a boat ride around Hartley's Lagoon.

Departure times from Hartley's back to Cairns is at either 1:30pm or 4:45pm, which you are able to choose as your day unfolds. No need to decide when you arrive - just relax, enjoy yourselves, and see where the day takes you. If you are not ready to go at 1:30pm, the bus will pick you up at 4:45pm.
