Secret Sydney Walking Tour
This 2-hour walking tour follows the paths and parks adjacent to Rozelle Bay and Blackwattle Bay, part of Sydney's inner city Bays Precinct. From Jubilee Park to the Sydney Fish Market, you'll walk with a guide along the Glebe foreshore, one of the few places in Sydney with unobstructed access to the waterfront, offering different views of downtown and the Anzac Bridge, plus a glimpse of Sydney Harbour Bridge. Stop regularly to discuss points of interest, and enjoy a few surprises. This small-group tour is limited to just six people.
Sydney's famed attractions are hard to miss—the Opera House and Harbour Bridge could hardly be called secret. But this small-group walking tour takes you off the beaten path to see lesser-known places, such as a Taoist temple, and learn fun facts about the city you might not find elsewhere.
Meet your guide at Jubilee Park to start your journey along Rozelle Bay and Blackwattle Bay. Following the Glebe foreshore walking path, take in views of the water, the central business district, the Anzac Bridge, and a peek at Harbour Bridge. Learn about points of interest as you go, and admire the natural beauty of this part of the city.
The tour ends at the Sydney Fish Market, where you might want to stay for a fresh seafood lunch after saying goodbye to your guide (own expense). You can get back to the city center on the light rail from the Fish Market station, or perhaps walk back via Darling Harbour, about 10 minutes from the Fish Market (transportation at your own expense).
