These cooking classes focus on simple flavor filled dishes with a hint of the Mediterranean. Ingredients are sourced from the property, local farmers and regional artisans to ensure the best tasting, organically grown fresh produce is used.
In this unique experience you will spend a day fully immersed in the gorgeous Wildwood property. Start the day foraging and picking the fresh herbs and veggies that will be used in the cooking class. Then, learn the art of making Mozarella and ricotta cheeses, crispy focaccia and fresh silky pasta.
