4-Hour Nassau UTV Ride and Snorkel Tour
Shake, rattle, and bump as you bob your way around Nassau in an open-sided automatic UTV on this 4-hour tour. Travel along a scenic road to the Bahamas' largest historic, ecological, and leisure park. Tour the many nature trails and wetlands, see remains of partial slavery villages, pass by a sacred space for women, and swim and snorkel in one of Nassau's five private beaches to find underwater sculptures and other hidden treasures.
Your day begins with a 9:30am pickup from your Nassau hotel or cruise ship.
Head to the starting point of the tour to be matched in groups of four, with one person chosen as the driver of the automatic UTV. Follow your guide along a scenic route, passing and stopping at sites such as the Caves of New Providence, Gambier, Old Fort Bay, and Lyford Cay as you make your way to the Bahamas' largest historic, ecological, and leisure park, Clifton Heritage Park.
Next is a narrated tour of the many partial remains of slavery villages and other historical areas. After the guided tour you have an opportunity to swim in one of the five private beaches and snorkel sites, viewing Ocean Atlas, an underwater sculpture park. Note that snorkeling gear is not provided.
Enjoy lunch and a beverage at the beach, then head back. Once back at the starting point you will be taken back to your Nassau hotel.
